August was spent enjoying the wonderful nature near our home. The Seto Inland Sea has many beautiful beaches, but it was the first time we visited the most famous beach, Chichibugahama.

8月は家の近くの豊な自然でのんびりすごした。瀬戸内海は美しい砂浜が多いが、有名な父母ヶ浜は初めてでした。

Many people in our area prefer rivers to the ocean, and we have more than one great swimming spot to choose from. You'll know it's summer when you see life jackets drying in the yard.

地元では、海より川が好きな方も多いです。近くにいい遊泳ところもたくさんあります。夏になると、いつもお庭にライフジャケットを干しています。
